On 12 October I'm going to sleep overnight at Pentridge Prison in a cell that previously housed some of Melbourne's most infamous criminals while awaiting trial. I have decided to make a difference by creating my very own fundraising appeal so I can help raise vital funds for Melbourne City Mission and Youthlaw.

Youthlaw is Victoria’s state-wide free community legal centre for young people under 25 years of age. Youthlaw works to address the legal issues facing young people through legal services, advocacy, law reform and preventative education programs, within a human rights and social justice framework. As a current secondee at Youthlaw, I have experienced first hand the amazing work with Youthlaw does and the difference Youthlaw makes in the lives of young people.
